Phoneys & The Freaks play Rec Rock

On Saturday night Rec Rock Festival in Buxworth played host to Phoneys & The Freaks; Alex’s new project alongside Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs. Joined by their full band, Phoneys took to the stage at  8.30 pm, with the set mainly made up of tracks taken from their debut EP, released on Cherry Red Records in June.  The band played for an hour, with main headliner of the day John Power playing shortly after. The night also featured a DJ set from Martin Blunt (The Charlatans).

Phoneys & The Freaks to Play Rec Rock

Phoneys & The Freaks play at Rec Rock Buggy Music Festival in Buxworth this Saturday 27th September. The collaboration of Alex & Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs, will be joined by their full band when they play the main stage. The festival, headlined by John Power, also features DJ sets from Si Jones (The Verve), and Martin Blunt (The Charlatans). Weekend tickets are available at £30.

P&TF Confirmed for Main Stage at Lakefest 2014

Alex & Bonehead’s new collaboration Phoneys & The Freaks have been confirmed to play this year’s Lakefest Festival. The festival, located in Croft Farm Waterpark in Gloucestershire, will see the band take to the main stage on Sunday 10th August. Phoneys & The Freaks confirmed for Isle Of Wight Festival

Phoneys & The Freaks have been officially confirmed to play the Isle of Wight Festival 2014. The festival, which takes place next month between 12th-15th June, will see Alex & Bonehead perform live on the Tim Peaks Diner Stage, hosted by Tim Burgess. Kendal Calling 2014

We are pleased to announce that Alex will be performing at this year’s Kendal Calling Festival. Alex’s current collaboration with Bonehead (Phoneys & The Freaks) will take to the stage over the weekend of 1-3 August 2014. Winners of the ‘Best Medium Festival’ at the UK Festival Awards 2013, Kendal Calling is located at Lowther Deer Park in the beautiful Lake District.

Lakefest 2014

Alex and Bonehead’s new collaboration Phoneys & The Freaks have been confirmed to play this summer’s Lakefest.
